At Luxury Master Copy Dubai, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your 1:1 master copy watch or handbag. Because of the exclusive nature of our products and the personalised appointment‑based service in Karama, our cancellation and return conditions are transparent and fair. Please read carefully.
1. Order cancellation
Before dispatch / appointment
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before we confirm that your item has been shipped or before your private viewing appointment takes place.
Full refund of any deposit paid (via bank transfer, crypto, or cash).
Simply notify us by WhatsApp or email. We confirm cancellation within 2 hours.
After shipment (but before delivery)
If you cancel after the item has been shipped but before it is delivered, a 15% restocking and logistics fee applies. The remaining amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
2. Returns & exchanges
We personally inspect every master copy before it leaves our Karama showroom. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect (e.g. misaligned dial, non‑working movement, or significant leather flaw) please contact us immediately.
Eligible for return/exchange
Mechanical defect (automatic not running, chronograph stuck).
Stitching errors or wrong hardware colour.
Item not matching the 1:1 specification agreed.
Not eligible
Normal wear & tear, scratches after use.
“Change of mind” after delivery.
Water damage (replicas are not guaranteed waterproof).
Return window & process
You must report any issue within 3 calendar days of receiving your item. Returns are accepted only for the Karama location (in person) or via tracked courier if agreed. Return shipping is borne by the buyer unless the defect is confirmed by us.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we offer: (a) a replacement of the same model, (b) a credit note valid 12 months, or (c) a refund minus a 10% handling fee (only for valid defects).
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
Cash/ AED: refunded in cash at our Karama location.
Bank transfer: within 3-5 working days (UAE accounts).
Cryptocurrency: refunded as per the rate at the time of refund, minus network fees.
Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned item in the same condition as delivered (with all accessories, box, papers).
4. Appointment & no-show terms
Because we operate by appointment only in Karama, we kindly ask you to respect the scheduled time.

5. Important – nature of master copies
You acknowledge that master copies are not authentic and are sold as high‑quality replicas for personal use. While we grade them as 1:1, AAA+, they are not manufactured by the original brands. Slight variations (e.g. 0.1mm in logo thickness or 1g weight difference) are possible and do not constitute a defect. Our 3‑day return policy covers functional issues, not subjective “perfection” compared to a genuine piece costing 50x more.

Karama pick‑up
