1. When can you return an item?
We accept returns only for verified manufacturing defects or if the item does not match the agreed 1:1 specification. Because all items are personally inspected before you take delivery, change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted after the item leaves our possession.
Eligible reasons
Movement not working (automatic stops, quartz dead).
Wrong model/colour delivered (different from order).
Not eligible
Normal wear after use (scratches, fading).
Water ingress (replicas are not guaranteed waterproof).
"It doesn't feel like the authentic" – slight variations possible.
Lost / stolen items.
2. Return window & procedure
3‑day inspection period
You must notify us of any issue within 3 calendar days of receiving your item (for deliveries) or of your appointment (for in‑person pickups). After 3 days, the item is considered accepted and no return will be accepted.
How to initiate a return
Send a WhatsApp message to +971 55 336 5590 or email [email protected] with your order number, clear photos/video of the defect, and your preferred resolution (replacement, refund, credit).
Our team will respond within 6 hours to approve or discuss.
If approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions. For Dubai clients, the item can be brought to our Karama location. For other Emirates, we may arrange a courier pick‑up (costs may apply).
The item must be returned in its original condition, with all boxes, papers, and protective stickers (if any).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the defect. If verified, you are entitled to one of the following:
Full refund (including any shipping you paid) – if the defect is substantial and cannot be replaced.
Replacement with the same model (subject to stock) – free of charge.
Store credit worth 110% of the item value (valid 18 months) – as a goodwill alternative.
Refunds are processed within 3‑5 business days after approval. Payment methods:
Cash/AED: refunded in cash at our Karama showroom, or via bank transfer (UAE bank, 1‑2 days).
Cryptocurrency: refunded in same coin at the rate at time of refund, minus network fees (if any).
Credit card: we will arrange a bank transfer equivalent (cards not stored).
Non‑defect returns? If you return an item without a valid defect, but we agree to accept it as a one‑time courtesy, a 25% restocking fee applies and you bear all shipping costs. No refund on shipping fees.
4. Exchanges
We gladly exchange a defective item for the same model (if available) or a similar value piece. If you wish to exchange for a higher‑priced item, you pay the difference. For a lower‑priced item, we will refund the difference (or you may take it as store credit).
Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item back. Typical exchange time: 2‑5 days depending on stock in Karama.
5. In‑person appointments (Karama)
When you visit our private Karama showroom, you have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the master copy before payment. Therefore, items purchased during an appointment and taken on the spot are final sale – no return or refund unless a hidden defect is found later (must be reported within 3 days and proven not caused by you).
If you pay a deposit to reserve an item for later pickup, the same 3‑day return window applies after you collect it.
6. Nature of master copies – please understand
You acknowledge that master copies are not authentic and are sold as high‑quality replicas. While we grade them as 1:1, AAA+, minute variations (e.g. 0.2mm in logo thickness, 1‑2g weight difference, slight shade in leather) are possible and do not constitute a defect. These are non‑authentic products and should not be compared to a genuine piece that costs 50x more. Our 3‑day return policy covers functional defects, not subjective perfection.
