1. Shipping destinations & costs

We ship from Dubai to every emirate and internationally. Prices below include discreet packaging, tracking, and basic insurance.

For watches with box & papers, shipping cost may be slightly higher due to volumetric weight — we will confirm before dispatch.

2. Processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (or after your appointment if you ordered in person).

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM Dubai time (GMT+4) usually ship the same day.
• We send you a photo of the packed item + tracking number via WhatsApp.
• During UAE public holidays, processing may take an extra day.

3. Discreet & secure packaging

We understand the importance of privacy. Every shipment is packed in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no mention of the contents or our company name. The return address is a neutral local partner.

Same‑day delivery in Dubai

If you're in Dubai or Sharjah and need the item urgently, we offer same‑day courier delivery for 60 AED (orders above 800 AED: 40 AED). Cut‑off time is 4:00 PM. Delivery usually within 2–4 hours via moto‑courier.

Pickup from Karama (by appointment)

You are always welcome to collect your order personally from our Karama location. We’ll have it ready for you at your chosen appointment slot — no shipping fees, and you can inspect before taking. Just coordinate via WhatsApp.

4. Tracking your order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. Most couriers update in real time. If you notice any delay, contact us immediately — we follow up with the courier on your behalf.

5. Customs & import duties

Important: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, or taxes in the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot declare a low value on the customs form, as that is illegal. However, we mark the item as “gift” or “spare parts” only when legally permissible, and we never use brand names on the customs label.

If your package is held by customs, we will provide any necessary documentation (invoice, etc.) to help release it. Unfortunately, we cannot control customs delays or fees.

6. Lost or damaged shipments

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Damaged: Take photos of the outer box and item, send to us within 24 hours. We will file a claim and send you a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
• Lost: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (international) or 5 days (UAE), we initiate a trace. Confirmed lost shipments are fully refunded or replaced.
