At Luxury Master Copy Dubai, we strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we handle delivery, returns, and refunds. Please read it carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping options & delivery

Within Dubai

  • Courier delivery: We use trusted local couriers. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  • In-person handover: For an extra level of discretion, we can arrange to meet you at a mutually convenient location in Dubai (no additional cost).
  • Pick-up from Karama: You are always welcome to collect your order from our Karama showroom by appointment.

Other Emirates & International

  • We can arrange shipping to other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.) and select international destinations on a case-by-case basis.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated based on destination, weight, and courier service. You will be informed and must approve before shipment.
  • Delivery times: Vary by location (e.g., 2-3 days to other Emirates, 5-14 days internationally). These are estimates, not guarantees.

Important customs & risk notice

For international shipments, you are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
  • Ensuring the item is permitted into your country.
  • Any delays or seizures by customs. We are not liable for packages held or confiscated by customs. No refunds will be issued for shipments seized by customs.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the item is returned, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and you will be refunded the remainder (minus original shipping costs).

Dispatch time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped and provide tracking information if available.

3. Returns policy

Eligible returns

You may return an item only if it has a manufacturing defect (e.g., non-working movement, misaligned dial, significant leather flaw) that was not present at the time of purchase. To be eligible, you must:

  • Notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photos or a video showing the defect.
  • Return the item in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

Non-eligible returns

  • Change of mind after delivery (we do not accept returns for simply not liking the item).
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by misuse.
  • Water damage (replicas are not guaranteed waterproof).
  • Slight variations from the original (e.g., 0.1mm logo difference, 1g weight variation) – these are inherent to replicas.
  • Items purchased more than 3 days ago.
Return process
  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and defect details.
  2. We will assess and confirm if the return is approved.
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions to return the item (in person to Karama or via courier).
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the defect is confirmed by us.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Resolution options

For confirmed defects, you may choose:

  • Replacement: Same model (subject to availability).
  • Store credit: Valid for 12 months.
  • Refund: Purchase price minus a 10% handling fee, via original payment method.

4. Order cancellations

  • Before shipment: Full refund (no fees).
  • After shipment (before delivery): 15% restocking fee applies; remainder refunded.
  • After delivery: Treated as a return (only eligible if defective).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method:

  • Cash: Refunded in cash at our Karama location.
  • Bank transfer: To your UAE bank account.
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded at the exchange rate at time of refund, minus network fees.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or does not match your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (within 24 hours). Include photos of the damage/packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

7. Karama pick-up (by appointment)

If you choose to pick up your order from our Karama showroom:

  • You must schedule an appointment via WhatsApp or email.
  • Inspection is encouraged – once you accept the item at pick-up, it is considered final sale regarding外观 (appearance). Defects discovered later (within 3 days) are still covered.
  • If you do not show up for your appointment without prior cancellation (>2h notice), a AED 150 fee may apply for future appointments.
